We managed without crystal malt and boiled hops, but instead relied on oats and wheat, heavy maelstrom and dry hops - including a large (and ridiculously illegal) addition of dry hops. at the beginning of fermentation. The selection of Citra, Simcoe, Galaxy, Eldorado, Modere and Sorachi Ace hops has a strong aroma of sweet lemon, lemon peel, guava, white grapes and sweet fruit.
