This is 100% good old Cabernet Sauvignon from a little dry grown organic block in Yallingup. Hand picked, foot stomped, wild fermented in opens & post maceration for three months. Then basket pressed & aged to perfection in seasoned French oak barriques. Only racked once and sulphured at bottling. No additives, fining, nor filtration to express the wonders of the land.
