A blend of Carignan, Grenache Noir, Syrah. Balanced, supple and elegant, with floral aromatics and delicate tannins, from the wind-battered hills of the Hautes-Corbieres. A lighter winter red well suited to the heartier dishes we start to pull from the oven at this time of year.
