Johnny & June’s love child is Sonny & Cher. That sounds kind of messed up. Anyways, this is our second exploration into the historical practice of partigyle brewing – a smaller second beer made after what is left behind the bigger beer. This beer is small in ABV but still packs a punch of hops. Double Dry Hopped (DDH) with Astra, Cashmere & VIC Secret there’s aromas and flavours of orange, tea, melon and pine. Nice and dry, this small IPA goes great with it’s bigger sibling – as the brew gods intended.
